At AARNORAE Parfum, we take care to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details through your registered email address, WhatsApp or mobile number, wherever applicable.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines within India are:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during festivals, public holidays, adverse weather, courier disruptions, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, AARNORAE may offer free shipping based on promotional offers, minimum order value or selected products.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link, wherever available.
You may use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailable recipient or repeated delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to AARNORAE.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.
Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you as reasonably possible.
